Lavender Orpington Bantams
Here we have my Lavender Orpington bantams. They are the very best quality and I have spent over year sourcing and hatching the best eggs to create this flock. In this group I have a Quartet (1 cockerel to 3 hens). The girls bloodlines are direct from Priscilla Middleton and the boy is my own blood line. I created this by crossing over with black Orpingtons to create a darker lavender. Lavender is my favourite colour. Lavender is highly sort after. Majority of breeders just breed lavender on lavender which means eventually the lavender fades and comes more pale. You won’t get this with these. Their colouring is dark and rich which is extremely hard to source. The Pictures don’t do them justice but I have taken pictures of the wing and tails feathers to show show the quality of their feather! Fantastic little birds great mothers and are really friendly. Their feathers are also very soft when you stroke and hold them. Limited numbers will be available so keep a eye on my for sale page for updates!

Here is a picture of the birds dark feathering. This is to show show you that my birds are to the best standard possible!
The gallery is pictures is of the a breeding pair aged 18 weeks old. They are at the age when they start to “fill” out. This is where they start to put weight on the breast to make them look bigger.
